Don't rent from them. I'm staying in the unit next to one of 360s properties and for some reason the lights have been on full blast all night long. The beach is illuminated my deck is completely illuminated for no reason. I've stayed here for 4 years and never had the lights on my place and the whole beach like this rented 360 unit has. It's ridiculous!!!! Whoever whatever needs to turn the beach lights off!!!!!!! Yet again and I think the owners are staying there. Very nice agent. Quick response to issues reported. Property was as promised, but a bit of attention to details could make a big difference. All in all, though, I would rent thru them again.
We rented Pura Vida property for the second time now in November (previously July). Screened in porch was absolutely filthy and disgusting the first time. Complained and issue got resolved which is great. Emailed 360 Blue prior to arrival in November and specifically requested that cleaning crew clean the screened porch prior to arrival. Same issue. Dirty with dogs hair and prior guest cut their nails outside again which was disgusting 🤢 what made it worse we had invited husbands daughter and husband for birthday trip. Issu... read more
