Having such an amazing stay at Castaway Cove! We needed the hot water to be improved & Tony came out within 5 minutes of our call. Tony needed to change the element and he did so really fast, and we are back to enjoying our wonderful vacation! Thank you, Tony and thank you 360 Blue & Natural Retreats! 🤗
We are at just dune it currently. The pool is filthy. Trash everywhere! This is our 8th year we have never seen anything like this! The worst part is we have been asking since Saturday for someone to come skim and fix the pool. Every time they say someone is on their way. This property is way too $$$$ for this kind of service! Overflowing trash with cockroaches. Sand in the “clean bed”when we went to sleep the first night.
121 Dunes Drive Cape San Blas. Multiple issues. The main issue A/C did not work our 3 night stay I have multiple sclerosis and the heat was so much for me to handle I had to make ice bags to put on my body to get my temperature down per My Nurses. The house was very unsafe for me per my Disability team. I’ve stayed in several vacation rental and I reside in Florida. This Company was the worst by far they do not care about the people with disabilities or people in general. They do care about one thing is getting there money.
READ THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK! I stayed at this property in Inlet Beach (212 Walton Rose), which was listed on VRBO but is managed by 360 Blue. Based on my experience, I would not recommend booking this home—or any property managed by 360 Blue. A month after our stay, I was shocked to find a $10,500 charge on my credit card for alleged water damage, damaged furniture, and even claims that we had moved furniture between floors—none of which were true.
