Hard to get a hold of. First they answer at lunch but say they can't help you because it's lunch time, they don't answer the phone or when they do they put you on hold.
Would leave zero stars if I could. No customer service to speak of and you are treated as the lowest priority. Repairs were almost a full month behind the promised date. Ordered the wrong parts and worked very poorly with the insurance company. A month later I went to change my oil and realized they had never replaced the engine cover. Called up and was told it had been discarded. No attempt was ever made to call or get it re-installed. Avoid them at all costs and tell your insurance you want to work with a different shop.
