I had a great experience with James at 360 Auto Clinic. I brought my car in to have the brakes checked and get a diagnostic, and James was incredibly helpful from start to finish. What really stood out to me was how honest, genuine, and accommodating he was. He took the time to explain what he was seeing without making me feel pressured into unnecessary work, which I really appreciated. Me and my family found this place last minute after one of our cars' check engine light came on during the grapevine. We pulled and were lucky enough to get our car checked on the spot. We were told that usually walk-ins were denied due to how busy they were. The guy who helped us (shoutout James) was very friendly and talkative while our car got fixed. James was great. Our car broke down on grapevine while driving from Bay Area. Found his shop on Google and had car towed to it. He was very helpful and kind.
Very honest people and good service left my blower moter as good as new! They also showed me the previous old blower moter they took out. Definitely taking it here again after the good experience, thank you for your service.
