Terrible communication throughout the whole process. They kept making excuses about not being able to get a hold of me when I know my phone had been working perfectly. At the end everything had to be rushed because they were so late getting things done.

360 ats handled the sale of my home. They used payoff figures provided by me, the seller who has no expertise in these transactions without contacting my lender to verify any payoff amounts PRIOR to the closing. In short, 2 1/2 weeks after closing, I'm notified that the payoff amount I provided was short and I needed to send them $6,900+ so they can pay off the 2nd mortgage.
