The minute you walk in it looks fancy but you are soon welcomed by friendly smiles the whole process was so fast and efficient was totally happy with our closer she was thorough but explained everything thru the process letting you know don't hesitate to ask questions I would definitely recommend this place if you like dealing with awesome people who make you feel right at home
Kaitlyn is great and very accommodating.
Poor service. I brought a cashier check the day of my closing cost including them paying off two additional loans (car and CC). The didn’t mail the check until three days later and now I am forced to pay both accounts out my own pocket so I don’t receive a late charge. I closed on 10/29, the next payment was due on 11/6. Plenty of time to do their job correctly but since they wasted three additional days it’s my problem now.
Everything was awesome, everything was good
