Looking for homes for my customers
I have a friend that works for DR Horton so I bought from them based on her experience and I’ve regretted it. Paid $240,000 for a townhouse that is poorly painted, doors don’t latch, there’s cracks above the door frames to the ceiling, and all the cabinets and countertops are separating from the walls and the place is only 18 months old. Who would’ve thought you’d need to already start repairing a brand new home in 18 months with only one person living in the place. Save yourself the headache and buy from a better company.
