I had an amazing experience at Beauty FX & Spa! Alicia cut my hair and it came out really good, exactly what I was hoping for. She paid attention to detail, made sure she understood what I wanted, and delivered perfectly. Her customer service was outstanding. She was friendly, professional, and really easy to talk to, which made the whole appointment feel comfortable and relaxed. Lovely service with Alicia !! She did a color correction on me and I loved it. My hair doesn’t feel super dry after our service which made me love it even more !
Loved my salon day! Friendly staff, especially my hair girly Alicia, great vibes, and she was very patient with me and my thick hair :).
