Just saw this black van driving like a maniac on 134, stay away.
Just witnessed the black Nissan van driving like a maniac. The man was honking in an enclosed parking lot in Downtown Burbank. There’s a lot of people on a Friday night. It’s normal. When he finally got out of the parking structure, he side swiped a Mini Cooper and sped off. He’s gonna hurt people one day.
