The building once a jewel on lake shore dr. Is now old and tired looking. The building is maintained but there has not been any major improvements. I bought a unit 2 1/2 years ago and was asked to meet with the manager Mr. Quinett and the board president dr.Juss believing this was a welcome to the building . Beware of 3550 Condo Association and Property Management I had an incredibly frustrating experience with the 3550 condo association, particularly with Sandy Harvey, who seemed to have a personal vendetta against me. During my final week living in the building, I was suddenly hit with an excessive number of fines for petty violations—things that had never been an issue before. Have lived at 3550 for quite a while now... is my home and I am an owner. From David in receiving to David at the front desk--- they always try their best !!!!! Do situations happen .... yes... are they unfortunate--- at times yes... are there solutions.... always... One must remember that high-rise condo living is a type of communal living.. The building is wonderfully maintained. But has not gone any further than that. There are no major improvements the fountain out front has not worked properly for two years. The front desk is littered with 7 memos blocking the view of the doorman where a electronic board would clear that. Basically it looks like the poor relations on the block a dated. Marvel once on lake shore dr that hasn't moved onto the twenty first century leaving old and tired looking.
