I've had frustrating experiences where the receptionist scheduled me for the wrong appointment time, and when I finally got seen, I was given unnecessary tests for a condition that was easily diagnosable (this happened twice). I also wasn't prescribed any antibiotics for said condition, so I didn't receive any meaningful help. Additionally, I found the pharmacist to be discourteous and rude. Go to Basset for any medical care. Research SrA Emily Hardisty for an infamous example of this clinics crude healthcare.
Best medical facility I've experienced in the military in my 11+ yrs so far. Showed up early for my appointment, got taken back 12 minutes before my appointment time. Saw the nurse then doctor came right in. Doctor was straight to the point and personable and i was out the door in a flash
