Not only does my car look like I need to get another car wash after getting "The Best", I received some of the rudest and most unprofessional customer service I've ever experienced. Upon calmly requesting that the person taking the money wear a mask when I roll down the window during this pandemic spike, the representative pretty much had a meltdown, refused to wear one and called a "fucking retard". His masked coworker had to take over.
