Have passed by many times and we decided to give it a try. It will be a place we return to eat again. Nice staff and delicious food
Service and atmosphere were excellent but the food was super plain/bland. We got a mixed appetizer (mozzarella sticks, fried pickles, loaded French fries), chicken fried steak, and each got a salad. The only thing with any flavor was the salad. I don’t think they cook with any spices or add any to their gravy or batter. I was excited to try the place but likely won’t be back unless it’s just for a beer.
We stopped in for lunch and had an excellent experience! The atmosphere is cozy, rustic, and full of charm. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Our food came out quickly, and everything was fresh and delicious. Great service, great food, and a great overall experience. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend giving this place a try!
