I’ve never left a review before, but the experience I had with the front desk at 345 Bayshore made me feel like I had to. The woman working at the front desk when I visited a friend was unbelievably rude. My friends and I were polite and simply explained who we were visiting, but she acted as if we were doing something wrong. I truly enjoy living here at 345; it’s a terrific place that offers a highly walkable environment and a friendly community. The front desk staff and maintenance team are consistently professional and helpful, making day-to-day life more convenient and pleasant. While my overall experience has been positive, I have encountered some challenges with the management office.
