I truly enjoy living here at 345; it’s a terrific place that offers a highly walkable environment and a friendly community. The front desk staff and maintenance team are consistently professional and helpful, making day-to-day life more convenient and pleasant. While my overall experience has been positive, I have encountered some challenges with the management office. Everyone is amazing here. The night Security Guards from KT Security are so kind.
First Service’s management (Frank & Jake) have destroyed what use to be a wonderful place to live. Elevators break on a daily basis (2/3 have been out for months now) and they cater to the same 3 retired residents and ignore the rest.
