Have been renting with 344 Storage for several months and needed an additional space. Tiffany was very professional and friendly. Quickly got me set up and on my way. This facility is top-notch! The grounds are very secure and kept clean. The staff are all friendly and professional. They are not always on-site. However, they are always responsive and able to be there within minutes.

I recently had a fantastic experience with 344 Storage Units, and I can't recommend them highly enough! The facility is impeccably clean, which gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings were stored in a well-maintained environment. It's clean, it's up to date. But if you aren't using automatic payment paying the bill sucks. They are very nice, but the office has no hours. They're open by call In only. A reoccurring thing In the post COVID world. No one wants to man the office..... Can't really hold it against them. I picked a place because they had an office, just didn't realize it was never maned, just like the places I picked not to use. All in all the empty office is the only complaint....

This business has two separate storage areas, one off of Prairie Moon and the other off of Dinkle road. The facilities are well maintained and very secure but the cost is higher than any of the other storages and the price is raised on a regular basis, more so than any of their competitors, which is odd. But the costs are said to offset the recent addition of indoor, temperature regulated storages that they now have at the Dinkle location. There are no public bathrooms at either one.
