Easiest move-in, friendly staff that will answer you emails and questions ASAP. Highly recommend 344 Storage if you need it. Way better than renting inside Albuquerque.
Facility is clean and well kept. Seems well managed. The reason for the move out was the rate increases. Another issue that threw me off was after the move out, I assumed I would be retroactively paid for the remainder of the month that I had paid. Now another individual can rent the same unit and the company will pocket both my rent for the month plus another tenants. Title: Disappointing experience—zero flexibility or fairness I rented a 5x5 unit on Monday, and by Wednesday evening, I realized I no longer needed the space. I haven’t even visited the facility or stepped foot inside the unit. I tried calling Wednesday night and left a voicemail, then followed up first thing Thursday morning to let them know. 344 Storage is amazing. Clean units, responsive staff, easy to access and lots of different sizes to meet our storage needs. We were moving is stages, needed 3 different units for differing amounts of time. They helped us by meeting our needs. Highly recommend for all your storage needs.
