I purchased a parking pass at the beginning of September and despite paying extra to have it couriered to my house, it was sent by regular mail and took 3 weeks, during which I had to pay for parking daily. It is nearly impossible to get in contact with someone to discuss these issues. I chatted with someone over facebook to get a phone call and after over a week I have received nothing. Do not waste your time or money on a company that does not take the basic service they provide seriously.
