They really make it a point to meet you where you're at in terms of your fitness and goals which makes it easy to fit right into what is as much a community as it is a gym. Highly recommended!

34-North is awesome. I love their 6-week customized curriculum cycles with a "deload" week afterward where they introduce you to games like crab-walk capture the flag or human operation. You're guaranteed to forget you're exercising. They're continually adding classes and offering new programs that are focused on holistic health. But what makes them exceptional are their instructors.
