Great experience and the members/teachers are like family. They encourage you and are very accommodating. Everyone makes you feel welcomed and are willing to help.
Dropped into 336 CrossFit from Colorado while in High Point for work and had a great experience! The facility is impressive; clean, and well-maintained with new equipment. The coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging plus the members were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everyone introduced themselves and even gave local recommendations for my visit! The programming was awesome, with plenty of modifications and coaches willing to spend extra time discussing individual fitness goals. Would definitely come back!
Great facility and programming
Thanks Rachel and Brock for letting me drop in on a session. First cross-fit experience and now I’m hooked!
Brock and his wife are absolutely amazing! I enjoyed my experience so much that I even persuaded my brother to join too. They are very respectful, helpful, and never judgmental — they truly treat you like family. Brock is so easygoing; he’s like a leader and a brother to everyone. I’m taking a short break to focus on my family, but I can’t wait to be back. I’ve been missing it every day! They really work with you and are incredibly flexible. I’m so grateful to be part of such a supportive and welcoming environment. From Sara... read more
