The self-tour option was great. The lady that answers the phone was very helpful when I called. However the application process was a quick money grab. The application fee was $69 and is handled by a third party company Findigs. During the application process I learned I had to submit a separate application and pay another $69 for my son who recently turned 18 and just graduated high school. I explained to Findigs that did not make sense because he has no credit history nor is he employed considering he just graduated. I was... read more

Rent is just too high fr soon you’ll lose tenants if you lower the rent and hopefully consider at least $600 especially when it comes to price gouging and we are in a crisis America is drowning
