I onboarded Blake and the 334 PM team when they purchased our property management maintenance software (Property Meld). They were an amazing team to work with. Their work ethic, attitudes, and passion are beyond extraordinary. If you're an owner thinking about having them manage your property or a potential resident thinking about renting from them, DO IT. This is the team you want to do business with. Their level of care and professionalism is on another level. 334 Property Management is absolutely ELITE.
Please do not rent from this company. They are so unprofessional. Since I moved in, it has been unprofessional. They have an office here in Montgomery, but if your payment is late, you have to mail it to Blue Springs, Missouri. I asked how much my payment was with late fees, and they told me. I sent what I was told. I was still charged late fees until the payment posted after I sent a screenshot of the receipt and tracking number. The owners act like they care, but they don't. The self-tour option was great. The lady that answers the phone was very helpful when I called. However the application process was a quick money grab. The application fee was $69 and is handled by a third party company Findigs. During the application process I learned I had to submit a separate application and pay another $69 for my son who recently turned 18 and just graduated high school.
