The leasing agent has horrible customer service and never answers the phone. Have been trying to find a rental for months and for some reason the ones we like run through this company. Do not recommend unless you want to waste money on application fees.

I just started renting with a company out of Missouri and 334 partners with them. I had concerns about them before moving in but after meeting Paul and Matthew in person, I have the utmost confidence that any concerns will be taken care of. They came and handled some after move in maintenance issues and they were so wonderful! Very nice, personable and went above and beyond what was asked. I really appreciate them taking care of me!
Please don’t rent from this company, rented with them 4years ago and they didn’t want to fix anything. Company will rent property to renters knowing the damage with the property. Company also will charge rent and still won’t fix anything wrong with property.
