The owner, Cory, is awesome! We visit for private lessons for my son in baseball. Cory is, hands down, the best there is when it comes to working with kids. He teaches them in a way they can grasp, understand and retain. I have recommended him for years to people and will continue to do so!
The coaches are truly incredible and the members are so welcoming. I look forward to going back everyday.
Great gym and location. Plenty of equipment and nice place for a mix of lifting and athletic endeavors!
