Working out of town and stopped in for a workout today. Great gym! and super friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stop back next time I am in town.
Best gym in prattville, highly recommend coming here! Coach Corey is awesome at what he does and if you want to get fit this is the place for you.
The owner, Cory, is awesome! We visit for private lessons for my son in baseball. Cory is, hands down, the best there is when it comes to working with kids. He teaches them in a way they can grasp, understand and retain. I have recommended him for years to people and will continue to do so!
