Never lived here, but would like to share very noisy and lack of security, as well as unresponsive tenants. Considered it because prices are slightly lower, but found everything I was looking for with the same price in a better area- So keep looking you’ll find your place!
The majority of this time this apartment is great, but as a tenant who has lived here since June 2024, my heating has gone out both winters, for an 11 DAY stretch this past December, and now again today. Being provided flimsy electric space heaters is not a "temporary heating solution" because I cannot leave them plugged in during the day when I am at work given the risk of fire, and they are simply not good enough to warm the unit in the few hours I am home and can leave them plugged in. Just an OK place. Not great, definitely not the worst. The apartments themselves are super cute and have a modern look to them, but I’ve submitted the same request for a leaky shower to be fixed 3 times now, and the issue is still not fixed. It’s been over 3 months. Communication from the maintenance team and management isn’t phenomenal. I’ll submit an issue and it’ll sit in the request box for weeeeeeks with no follow up. I was a tenant here and moved out recently. As I found honest online reviews most helpful in my apartment search, I am writing this without being asked by anyone.
