I was huge fan of 33 West would order regularly with my family before Covid. However, I been ordering through doordash now and it gone too hell. Today, my order kept getting delayed and I just accepted it was going to be an hour late. For starters that means they never made my order when they said they were preparing it and secondly too busy too handle online orders. The kicker is after waiting an hour they cancel my food.
