Great location. The staff was very friendly, but no response to my request for a steamer and clean sheets.
I was very impressed with the level of care provided by the entire staff, from doorman to bell desk to cafe. Upon check-in my room wasn't ready (I was quite early, arriving at about 11:00AM), and my bags were waiting for me in an upgraded room when I arrived much later that evening. The view of the Brooklyn Bridge was extraordinary. I feel in love with this uniquely quiet area of the city, and will be back!
Many issues. Television, refrigerator , shower. Nothing done to help. Was told nothing could be done. Was also told, no managers available. Do not waste your money.
Wonderful room comfortable bed very nice bathroom/shower. Excellent staff very friendly and professional and the location is great.
Loved the hotel. Rooms were kept clean, staff were very welcoming and friendly, and service was great. So far this is one of the best places I’ve stayed at close to the Financial District yet in a nice quite area.
