Seriously avoid at all costs. The property manager Lauren Sandoval is racist. I told her to pronounce my name correctly and she continued pronouncing it incorrectly. Think it's a crazy name? Nope just Alicia (like alicia keys). AC had been broken over 2 months and they have provided no compensation. Once they fixed it I told them it won't reach upstairs and the upstairs is very hot. Two weeks into my lease, and we are off to a horrible start. Recently moved into Euclid Place in Arlington Heights. "Property/Maintenace Management" Robert and Devencie present themselves as not caring for the residents. Week 1 - my assigned parking space was taken by another vehicle. It took multiple phone calls with Robert to get Devencie on the phone who said 'tough sh*t" park somewhere else. Do not rent from 33 reality unless you want to deal with the utmost incompetence from property management. Not going to go into detail because I’ve left other reviews. But raw sewage for 13 days (8 after moving in) with no urgency and now we’ve been living with mice for 78. Nothing but issues and lack of f*Cj’s given from management. It’s a real head scratcher on why these people still have jobs when they can’t do them. I would never in my life wish what we’ve been dealing with on ANYONE. DO NOT RENT FROM 33 REALITY.
