I have really enjoyed working with Ricky and 323 Services over the course of my two-year remodel project. Not only was he responsive, honest and produced great quality work, but he was a great advisor and consulted me through the entire project so the results were superb. Ricky has a lot of knowledge and anything he doesn't know right away, he finds out and gets back to me quickly. I have enjoyed working with him and would do so again in the future. Highly recommended!
323 Services did an "EXCELLANT" job of replacing our roof and putting in gutters to keep rainwater from seeping under the wall in our enclosed patio and flooding it. It's been over three years and nary a leak. They are VERY easy to talk to and responsive. We think VERY highly of Ricky and his crew. When and if we have problems, we will certainly do business with them again!

Ricky put a new roof on our house in 2019. After the roof was finished he noticed some discoloration with some of the shingles and he contacted the shingle maker and redid my roof. The discoloration wasn’t noticeable to me. Ricky is a nice young man and he is reliable.
