I was referred her because my 2 year old doesn’t eat. Today was our first visit & it was far from a great trip. The place just didn’t seem professional was my initial thought. My appointment was at 1:30 I didn’t get called back until 1:45. During the “evaluation” they gave my daughter again who is 2 and just turned 2 in July a pair of adult scissors & wanted her to cut a straight line. Everyone here is wonderful with my son. I cannot begin to explain how grateful I am to have found them here. Josh is phenomenal at working with my difficult schedule. He has sat with my son in the waiting room, so I could stay in the car with my other sick child and not have to cancel an appointment. Lexie has genuinely built a relationship and bond with my son. He never wants to leave at the end of his appointment and looks forward to his next appointment with her. I would 100% recommend this office to anyone.
Unreal the amount of effort this staff puts into making SURE these kids get the attention they need. Not just a job to these folks. They REALLY care about the kids FIRST. When people say "it takes an army" it's these people they talk about and I'm more than happy to call the staff a part of our army! Not only do the teach the kids but also I feel very informed as to things I can do and what works for my kiddo. It's nice to know someone else actually cares about the success of these kids.
