No communication with my “lawyer rep”, he promised to assist in the negotiations of the claim and left me with a $300 bill that was taken from my checking account after he promised to contact the adjuster. At least call me and explain why you can’t do your job, but no he just left me hanging having to deal with the adjuster myself after I stated I was being “represented by a lawyer”. Horrible experience, extremely unprofessional
