First time ever doing this, other than a positive experience. I have water spots on my 2025 Kia Telluride. Upon purchase, bought a paint protection. Contacted the warranty company. They contacted Kevin. Kevin called and we set up an appointment. He did say to send my address. He had my phone number and the warranty company had my # and also address. 321 Auto detailing did an outstanding job on my 2019 Toyota Tundra. In fact, it was cleaner than when I bought it from the dealer. Kevin, the owner, is a top-notch A+, human being. Professional, honest, timely, and competitively priced. I unfortunately had a spill in my brand new 2023 KIA and I was really bummed. I ended up contacting 321 Detailing and OH MY GOD, they were phenomenal! Some of the other reviews have said they actually made their car look better than Factory Condition, and believe me. My car was brand new and they made it look even BETTER than Factory Condition. Kevin is amazing !! I was sitting in the parking lot in my car and he came up to my window and asked if he could do my headlights for no charge . They turned out great . Highly recommend. it’s refreshing to meet good souls .
Kevin came to the house and did a full detail on my car. He then put ceramic coating on the exterior and interior to protect paint and interior surfaces. Interior coating is matte finish, protects the leather and surfaces from sun damage and wear and tear. The car looks amazing and Kevin is super professional with his work. Would highly recommend 321 detailing and will continue to use them to care for and protect my car.
