3:20 helped me add 2 sturdy support columns under my kitchen floor where the 90 year old beams had begun to compress and sag under load. They also helped me remodel my kitchen floor with new tile as well as removing the layers of old sub floors.

The number one red flag when dealing with a contractor is demands for large upfront deposits. Most contractors will charge 10-15% to cover materials. 3:20 requires 50% before they will do any work. Their second draw will be 30%. Be aware that you will have invested 80% of the total cost for very little work actually completed. They will aggressively pursue cash payments by sending someone to personally collect. Their license number is 86740. It is a limited contractor license.
