Always treat me as an individual and not just another patient. The hygienist I work with (Julie) is fantastic and friendly. She always lets me know if I need to improve on my hygiene or cheers me on if I am doing great! Dr. Haak is a true professional. He is concerned about my dental health and shows he cares.
Best dentist I have ever been too. I have type one diabetes so I have to go more regularly then others, but I also have high anxiety, but this team is amazing at helping meet my every need at every appointment! If you are scared of the dentist or struggle in new environments! This is the best place! Love this team! Thanks guys! They are also very educated and always have an answer to my millions of questions!
We moved to the Alex area 8 years ago where we started at 320 Dental. They've helped us with all our needed routine exams/cleanings, broken permanent retainers, new retainers, and cavities. They are great with our little children and were super helpful when we suspected a lip tie with our baby. They were able to point us to the right people to help! Glad we have them in case anything ever popped up with our family!
I look forward to my dental visits with my hygienist, Julie. She is thorough, gentle and makes me feel at ease. She takes time to explain what she is doing & offers tips for good healthy teeth between visits.Her friendly personality makes the visit a pleasant experience.
The environment is very friendly. That take very good care of you. Listening to all the problems regarding teeth. One big family.
