The Facts support my review. This company is untrustworthy as supported by the facts. I purchased a Kia Soul and paid $11,360 on October 23, 2023. The car’s engine completely failed after driving for only 4 weeks. 320 Auto is not willing to incur any responsibility for 100 percent mechanical failure of the engine. Before you buy, don't believe their 320 name. The cars at this lot are junkers the Cleveland pastor owner buys as low bid junk, then cleans up and sells the junkers to unknowing buyers. Don't fall for this business and their Bible front 3:20 verse as dealing with good people. They are not honest.
Friendly service and reasonable. Definitely far superior than most used car lots.
