Extremely unhappy with the customer service and care of the team. I had first gone into the Seattle location about 2 or 3 years ago for a consultation and when I finally decided to commit years later. In Tacoma they had my social security number still. So just be forewarned that even if you go in for a consultation they will hold your private information to years to come. I have visited this dentist several times, and each visit has left only positive impressions. The doctor is very attentive, works carefully and without haste, which makes the procedures comfortable and painless. I am very satisfied with the result and can confidently recommend this specialist!
Got my Invisalign done here with beautiful results, and certainly on the more affordable end as far as average prices go for our area. Very convenient payment plan that was easy and zero interest too. I always got excellent service and fast appointments when I needed them (even when I should’ve called earlier on my end) every staff member was friendly and happy to do their jobs, would recommend to anyone.
