I just became a patient on 11-19-20, I read all of the reviews about Dr. Smith and the staff, and I didn't see one negative review...from the call to make an appt., Lenzi the office personnel was so kind and sweet, she assured me that I would be in great hands, I am not easily convinced or whoood, but I could hear the genuineness in her voice, and she was right, upon meeting young Dr. Brent Smith, I was so impressed that I almost cried to see such a young Dr. who was extremely humble, kind, respectful, and pleasant! Dr. Lydia and her staff are phenomenal. We have been going to them for years and have only phenomenal things to say. This is by far the best dentistry in Charlotte. They are also incredible with kids. Our two-year-old loved seeing Dr. Lydia and going to the dentist.
Mrs P & I are still regulars at 32 Inspired. No plans to go anywhere else. Dr. Lidia and her amazing staff (Welcome Rachel!) continue to provide top tier dental services in caring for our teeth. On 9-22-25 Dr. Lidia replaced an old crown with one of those in-house, no waiting or down time required, insta-crowns with the "Crown Jewel". Dr. Lidia told me I may have some sensitivity later after the nerves wake up because there had been a cavity underneath the old crown. Never happened. I have had 2 dental checkups with Dr. Lidia and one cleanup with Tulsi and 1 filling today with Dr. Lidia and I can tell you I have never had a better dentist. 10 out of 10. Thank you, Dr. Lidia!
