LOVED living here. It’s just a nice place and the area is great. The landlords are so great and fixing stuff that is broken or needs attention.
One particular family ruins this place with loud music and parties every weekend. Can't sit outside because of the noise.
If you move here you will likely hear loud music at night by a couple of the residents. Loud subwoofer can be heard down the street and nothing is done about it.
I have been here almost a year and I just re-signed my lease. I absolutely love the area as well as the design of the condo that I am in. It is a really nice, quiet, and safe area and the owners have great communication. I have only had 1 issue the entire time being here which was responded to very fast and it ended up being a simple case of user error on my part. I definitely see my future here being longer than I originally planned for.
