Extremely disappointed with this company’s service. They were the only technicians who had ever worked on our ice machine. When the machine failed, I hired a refrigeration technician who specializes in ice machines. He discovered that a clip had been placed on a hose leading to the pump that should not have been there, which directly caused the pump to fail. This reflects careless and improper servicing.
