THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE ENCOUNTERED ONLINE IN A LONG TIME. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR DESIGNATED CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE LINE AND TELL YOU THEY WILL GET BACK TO YOU AT , NOT GET THIS, "THEIR EARLIEST CONVENIENCE" WHICH IN MY CASE WAS NEVER. THE SAME APPLIED TO EMAILING THEM, NO RESPONSE. IF YOU HAVE TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE WITH THESE PEOPLE YOU CAN EXPECT TROUBLE. This is the worst company I have ever done business with. The clothes are really cheap, the prices are very high. The shirt I ordered was supose to be a extra large but fit like a medium. The shorts were suppose to be waist 38 but were hugh, both were returned. When you return the shitty merchandise they charge you $8.50 per item. This company should not be in business.
The clothing is made really cheap. The prices are really high. I ordered three items, they sent the wrong item so I called and they said they would resend, they sent the same item that was wrong the first time. Avoid this company.

Cloths are VERY expensive and VERY cheaply made. They look nice BUT they are cheap. Here is the kicker though....along with a bunch of other items I ordered a pair of shoes for $110 which didn't fit. Returned them and was only credited $107.59. So I called them and they said they charged for a label to return. I told them that was ridiculous and the girl could not have cared any less. I told them I would never shop with them again and the girl was like ......,"okay". I'm finished with 32BarBlues. Do NOT shop here.
The high prices indicate that the quality is also high. The cashmere seems more cotton than cashmere. No help in returns. They send a prepaid label, then charge the customer $8.50 for returns. I am returning the garment and not returning as a customer.
Customer Service NonExistent Call to order something, no problem, someone is there to take your order. Call if you need to change your order, (different phone line) no one answers, you get a recording saying to "leave a message and someone will get back to you." I left 5 messages, no one called me back. Some of the profit from the premium prices should go into having customer service and good quality items. This company has neither. Will never purchase products from them again.
Unlike just about every other men's clothing company, 32 Bar Blues does not carry tall sizes.
If you want to spend over $20 in shipping and return charges to find out the clothes look nothing like the catalogue or website, then be my guest. I will not be ordering from here again.
