We listed some land with Bob Southern and he was a pleasure to deal with. He always kept us informed on the status of the market and any potential interest in our land. We just closed escrow on that property and Bob was helpful and involved throughout the entire process. We would definitely work with him again.

As a residential realtor with a different brokerage, I’ve had the opportunity to work shoulder-to-shoulder with Bob on complex transactions. He always went over and above for our mutual clients, with a commitment to excellence so rare in the commercial field of real estate that has so many moving pieces. Beware of the residential agent that “dabbles” in commercial without the proper education and experience… unless, of course, they partner with Bob.

I was new to the process of finding a commercial space to lease. Bob made it as easy and stress free as possible. He helped me find the perfect space for my salon and guided me through the process. If I ever want/need to find a new location I wouldnt want anyone other then Bob Southern at 316 commercial to help me with my business.
