The equipment and methods are risky dink. They do Not stand behind their work or guarantee satisfaction. I had Mike remove the system but he kept my money, all the while promising a refund. How they have a 5 rati g is beyon̈d me. I can't be their only victim. Stay away or at least DO NOT PAY UP FRONT.
316 Security is AWESOME... Mike and his staff has done great in the jobs I have requested. Service is amazing and coordination combined scheduling is excellent. The techician, Chris, that came to upgraded my network wiring was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and polite. Great Job Guys... Thank you, Richard
It didn't work out, but Mike did the right thing and refunded my money. I have to respect that. A word about home security companies: do your research before selecting a provuder. Know the tech options and how each works. Nothing against 316. There are many options and it gets confusing.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mike and Laura at 316 Security were fantastic to work with. They upgraded our outdated, non-NDAA-compliant camera system and installed a new PDK access control system to replace our old Honeywell setup, which we could no longer even access.
