I had a very disappointing experience. I booked and paid for a professional massage, but the therapist made inappropriate comments about my country and people, which was extremely disrespectful. She also tried to push for extra services that were not part of the massage. When I refused, she stopped providing proper service and wasted most of the session without doing the massage I paid for. I've visited on a couple of occasions and have enjoyed both my massages. I've only had the 1 masseuse, she is very friendly, lovely and kind. I look forward to booking her again for my next massage.
