This is the second Diamond parking lot that I’ve paid the machine and regardless they put a ticket on your car and all the vehicles around mine.You can try to make a complaint but they never respond. Why have a machine if they pay someone to just place tickets on the cars regardless. Total scam.

This is now a Diamond Parking “managed lot”. Horrible service, went to park the QR code scan to pay didn’t work, the pay machine was broken, my wife spent 30 min total trying to get it to work while waiting for passports. Eventually she got a ticket when she was going in and out of line. When we sen evidence that we Dow loaded the app, trying paying and it was working we got the expected message “we just follow the rules, since you didn’t pay, appeal denied”. As others mentioned stay away from this lot and Diamond Parking
