We had an appointment yesterday, our first one with Dr. Mohapatra. She had taken the time to look into our files before seeing us and was absolutely wonderful with my daughter. Her level of genuine care and compassion was heartwarming and we could not be more grateful for her approach and advice. Thank you, we hope you will remain at the practice for a long time
Been with the medical practice for only a couple of months, very good experience so far. All staff friendly and very helpful.
Put a patches in this morning as husband couldn't walk swollen feet. Paramedic sent out followed by a visit from Dr Vang. Can not express what a fantastic Dr she is And how professional and efficient the service from all at practice. Thank you
Shocking! I ordered meds for a 80 yo lady, who is on own and house bound. 11 days later the doctor still hasnt issued the medication. Although there has been no change in them. Countless phone calls visits to centre and no answers aprt from 'the doc hasnt signed them off'. Well done noe this lady is at risk as no medication and i will be holding you responsible. Will be making a report to the CQC. Would avoid
