Communicative, fast, and gave me several options for my repair. I have an old Mac that I am sentimental about. Grant determined what was wrong with my Mac and presented a few ways to approach a repair and even noted a replacement option might be a better way given the age of my device. Ultimately he replaced the battery and the screen. He tested everything multiple times and walked me through everything when I picked up. Would be happy to bring my other devices here in the future.
what a stand up dude. Grant has great integrity, is extremely professional, communicative, he has great prices and fast turnaround. I would highly recommend you go here for any tech repairs you need. got my battery replacement done in about an hour I really cannot recommend 312 tech repair enough. will definitely be going here for all my future repair needs
