Sad that Trina has started a new career and adventure but very happy that Max (manicure) and Tommy (pedicure) are part of the excellent staff at 312 nails in Wheeling. I love what they did for me!
Pretty frustrated and disappointed with my experience. I booked a 3:30 PM appointment for a no-chip manicure and pedicure and arrived at 3:20. I checked in and waited over 45 minutes without being helped or given any kind of update. When someone finally came over, I mentioned that I had already been waiting for 45 minutes. Instead of acknowledging the wait or apologizing, I was cut off and asked what services I was getting, then told to sit down and that someone would be with me. At that point, I decided to leave. I have been coming here religiously for Russian manicures with Liliia. I always get SO many compliments on my nails and they last so long! I’ve confidently referred a handful of my friends and family here because she does such great work. Highly recommend!
I booked an appointment with them last night for today and 15 minutes before my appointment they called me and told me they couldn’t take me in. They said because it was a system error where they overbooked people for the same time, they should’ve called me earlier not when I’m already on my way to my appointment and almost at the place.
