I’ve used this shop many times in the past and was always very happy with the service. the front desk guy who handled everything, I unfortunately don’t remember his name, was friendly, honest, and the prices were very reasonable. More recently, though, my experience hasn’t been as good, mainly when it comes to the service. It seems like there’s a different person to deal with every time, they’re often hard to reach, and the overall attitude isn’t very welcoming. I was also told more than once to come back another time. I had really bad lucky with my vehicle back to back in the a matter of two weeks had to tow it twice, and the guys there were very chill and charged me a fair price. Also everything needed to be repaired was quicker than expected. It’s me new go to place, I hope I don’t have to see them soon but I am so grateful they are close by and saved me from a tough spot and didn’t try to take advantage of my situation. Thanks again guys, your service is very appreciate it.
312 Auto Shop has an excellent google maps rating which is why I chose to use them. But now I am sorry that I used them. Why? Let me explain. Earlier this year I went to them to inspect and repair a used car my son-in-law was purchasing. Part of the repair included replacing four tire sensors for $400. When I went to pick up the car, I was told the sensors needed to be driven some before they will work correctly. They never did. Eventually, I took the car to another mechanic to see what could be done about the non-working se... read more
