This place is a joke. My friend took her car here because of a bad exhaust smell in her car. We both told them that her limit was $1,000. That was all she had and could afford and to not go over. They SAID they understood but what do they do? They go over by $400. She had to sell some stuff to get her car and they didnt even fix the exhaust problem. They did things that were not agreed on and didnt even fix the problem. They got her for $1,400 and we can't even tell what they did. Save yourself the trouble an money and stay ... read more

Mark does an exceptional job running 311 Tire, and you can trust that he will give you the best price and make sure things are done correctly. I’ve been to 311 for a few small things in the past, but had a laundry list of things pop up on my truck this week that was going to cost $6,000 to get done at the dealer I normally use.
