Don't recommend taking your car here took my car there for a warranty problem and he going to tell me the head gasket was blown bring it home fix it myself just the water pump and thermostat did a head gasket test kit on it before I did the water pump and the head gasket was fine just got back from Alabama two days ago that's how I know he's a joke only reason why I didnt do it myself in the first place cuz It.had a warranty on it but should have went ahead and did it myself because you can't trust nobody
Will never return! Mark, and his team will for sure create more problems on your vehicle than you came in with… they’re worse than someone that steals from you and then helps you look for it after they stole it. Poor practice! If i could give -0 stars I would. I would avoid 311 Auto & Wickers like the plague…
This place is a joke. My friend took her car here because of a bad exhaust smell in her car. We both told them that her limit was $1,000. That was all she had and could afford and to not go over. They SAID they understood but what do they do? They go over by $400. She had to sell some stuff to get her car and they didnt even fix the exhaust problem. They did things that were not agreed on and didnt even fix the problem. They got her for $1,400 and we can't even tell what they did. Save yourself the trouble an money and stay ... read more
