Super nice staff it’s like a spa experience! So far there are no issues and I don’t think they’re ever will be.
Everyone in the office are friendly and extremely experienced. Made myself and my daughter feel comfortable at every appointment. Dr. S checks in with you after treatment to make sure you are doing good and if there is anything he can help with. They don't push anything on you and only do what you as the patient are comfortable doing after giving you the options. Over all a great experience each time.
I can't say enough good things about 311 Dental! The whole team shows so much care and empathy for their patients, and they really go above and beyond to work with you. For example, when I had a lot of questions about my mom and her insurance, they were so patient in answering everything and trying to find ways to work with us. Easily the best Dentist I've ever seen.Really took the time to explain everything and executed very professionally.Very accomadating with appointments and making it easier for me to schedule around my hectic work schedule.
