Updated from 1 star to 3. Please Provide a Better Car-Buying Experience!! I understand that dealerships have business hours, but when a dealership closes at 6 PM during the week and 5 PM on Saturday, it creates a very limited window for customers who are seriously considering a vehicle. Because of that, I reached out to the dealership before making the trip. I had an excellent experience with Chase T. Woods as my service provider. From start to finish, Chase was extremely professional, personable, and reliable.
