Ridiculous experience. Bought the truck over the phone. Went slow, but ok. We agreed they would deliver iit the same or next day. Well, I get notified at 4:10 by Katz(Sales) that the next day isn’t possible everyone was “busy”. And it would be Monday for delivery. Which was of course, after they had me sign all the papers. Which did not set well with me. I expressed my displeasure and then Katz(salesman) pushes the blame to his Manager saying he’s the one that said they could deliver the next day., apologizes and then stops ... read more
Ok, so I’m not a fan for buying a car- until I met the Folks at Glenn Polk: literally the best car buying experience of my life…and I’m no spring chicken. They are worth the drive. Thank you Jenny Jo, Johnny and the GP team- we Will be back
