I am writing this review nearly 5 months after work was done which was generally sufficient. What they are getting reviewed on from me is the lack of including the rebate in my quote which the representative said would be filed by me, I told him it didn't read that way on the electric companies website which I sent to him, yet he still insisted I was wrong. Do Not buy a garage door from here .. they lie about custom paint and have zero clue how to install a garage door Called out five times and Still DIDNT GET IT RIGHT!! HUGE RIP OFF WITH PRICE AND INSTILLATION “CUSTOM PAINT JOB” Already peeling and had to have a REAL GARAGE DOOR REPAIR MAN COME FIX THEY’RE MANY MISTAKES !!! Run Don’t walk don’t buy their Garbage!!!

Higher up management leaves and bribes customers to leave reviews on this page to boost company moral. Just to under pay their employees. Half of them don't properly install. Company will send out material with paper to slow down employees on work production. Employees will short cut the work by stuff paper insulation inside walls to cut down time. Which is a extreme fire hazards especially with electric wires.
