Terrible customer service. The repair technician is surly and uncommunicative and didn't call me when my device was ready.

If you’re looking for an honest review, I got my IPhone 13 back glass fixed for $170 and thought it included a 90 day warranty which I asked the staff at the desk about when retrieving it. Less than a month later and my glass is cracked yet again, I can tell by the shatter that the glass quality is very poor. (I don’t expect iPhone OEM quality) When I contact them and let them know about it and that I still have warranty apparently it’s not covered if it’s “water or physical damage” Idk what other way a phone could get damag... read more
