We go here every year when we go to the beach. This year was a little different experience. Original staff was not there, and the people were not knowledgeable about products and could barely speak English.
I wish I could give them a 0 star review. The staff were extremely rude and disrespectful. Yelled at my child for walking in with his lollipop and talked to us in a condescending tone about not playing with the toys that we planned on buying! They need customer service training.
This place was a hidden gem. We were able to get swimwear, sweatshirts, and some Seagrove beach swag. Everything was priced very well and much better quality and value than most shops similar to this.
The opener/worker was 30 minutes late after they were supposed to be open and was rude when we asked if they were open. After reading all the other reviews, I think a lot of ppl experience this with this place.
