Terrible customer service! If kids aren’t allowed to play with toys put it on the door. Walked in on a Saturday afternoon there were no customers in the store and she asked me to tell my kids to stop playing with toys even though we were there to buy toys. POV: fire this lady behind the counter on 9/20/25. This is why you have no customers on a Saturday.
Listen to the reviews! Bought a $40 Surf Style hoodie while on vacation. Washed it ONCE. When I took it out of the washer the letters were peeling off. Don’t waste your money!
This place preys on vacationers when it comes to their clothes. We purchased a sweatshirt from here and after ONE wash the letters are pealing. Do NOT purchase clothes from here! Listen to the reviews!
This lady at this store was mean. When my son walked in the store the lady was fine. When we Walked in behind him, the lady yelled we closed at 8:45. She ran everyone out, there were others in the store also, and she cut the lights out. The other people that walked out said rudest lady ever. Is this who you want running your store?
