Amid this covid 19 pandemic I am so disappointed with how the rental was handled. We asked to cancel they said no we would only be able to get a credit. We asked to move to a home with a pool and were also told no. We had to cancel because the beaches are closed there. I am appalled that I was charged $200 to cancel amid this crisis. I will never rent from this company. Never!
